Donnie Sperry

Married for nearly 22 years to Donna, three children: Curran 25 yrs old, married to Heather and expecting their first child in January 2007, Katy 20 yrs old, will be a junior at Texas Tech studying Petroleum Engineering and is working for ConocoPhillips in Weatherford TX, and Asa 17 yrs old, will be a senior next year and is going to France for his senior year as an exchange student, he plans to go to Texas Tech when he graduates. Donna and I enjoy traveling and have taken a liking to Hawaii, we enjoy music festivals (Jazz Fest and Telluride Blues and Brews) and I enjoy building and watching my home theater and helping others with theirs.

Gina Gibson Koch
After my B.S. degree, years of hospital laboratory and blood bank work lead me to travel 10 years with Becton Dickinson as a Medical Technology Representative. I covered much of the country and did some international travel, though most of that was for pleasure.

I was pregnant with our son at the last reunion. At that time we lived on the beautiful Half Moon Bay Ocean Colony Golf Links near San Francisco. Though much of my time there was spent playing league tennis or golf, I actually had a California Real Estate license but when it came to using it….. Well, there were too many fun things to do in Northern California so we decided to move back to Houston where we live today.

Graham will be a 4th grader this fall at River Oaks Elementary, close to our home. He enjoys Little League baseball, swimming, golfing, racing a Soap Box Derby car, Cub Scouts, and, of course, video games. My husband, Steve, retired from the corporate world in 2002 and is now a professor at the University of Houston where he teaches marketing. He spends the balance of his time serving as director on corporate boards, expanding the family’s classic car collection, piddling in our music studio, and racing a sports car (2002 SW Regional Champion.)

When Graham and I aren’t busy playing together, I volunteer in several roles including: board member of the National Hemophilia Foundation Lone Star Chapter, Cub Scouts Leadership, school library, St. John the Devine Episcopal Children’s Program, The Women’s Home, and cleaning the backyard pool (Steve won’t let me get a pool man; something about the last one spending too much time inside the house.) With all this going on, you would think I wouldn’t have time to get old, but alas, it appears I’m doing that too with the least amount of effort.

Rhonda Cawthron Lantelme
Married to Dean Lantelme August of 1977. We have two children, Lacey, age23 and JT age 20. Lacey lives in Amarillo and attends Texas Tech School of Pharmacy. JT lives at home and helps his dad. We lived in Gruver, TX for 9 years and have been in Fritch for the past 20 years. We have a car wash business and cattle and oil industries. I like to travel. I enjoy cruises, but road trips with my family have given me the best memories. I don't know how one measures success-if it is marriage, a job or whatever- I just hope everyone is happy. Life has its ups and downs but with God's help, we can make it another 30 years. I love you all!!!!

Guy Walston

I have been an Air Traffic Controller for 23 1/2 years now. I lived in Arlington from 1981 to 1993 and Mansfield since. I married my wife Cindy in 1984.Cindy is a CPA, and is Tax Manager for Texas Health Resources which is the parent company of Harris Methodist Hospitals, Presbetirian Hospitals, and Arlington Memorial, 27 Hospitals in all.
We have 2 girls, Cristin 21 a senior at TCU and Lauren 17 who will be a freshman at Baylor in the fall.
My plan is to retire from the FAA in about 2 years. I have been building a photography business catering to a couple of private schools in the area and Senior pictures. The business is doing more than I can handle during the school year. My older daughter assist me which helps. She gets her spending money for collage and I get a assistant I know.
Also Cindy and I have oil and Gas properties that keep us busy. Not much else from me. Just moving through life, hoping my kids end up better off than me.Last, thanks so much for the work Rhonda, Cathy, and you have put into this. There may be others I don't know about, thanks to them also.

It has been a few months since the reunion, and I am making an effort to put together the cyber reunion, of sorts. I'll be adding information as I get it, and news from you all. I would appreciate pictures and a short bio from those of you who haven't sent me anything to post.

We had a great time at the 30 year reunion. Those of you who missed it, really missed a wonderful experience. It was great getting reaquainted with you all. I have attached the class picture that was so expertly taken by Guy Walston. Thanks Guy!

I would really appreciate any e-mail address, mailing addresses, physical addresses and phone number updates. I know some of you have moved since the reunion. It is difficult to keep up with 60 people! Please keep me posted.

I have attached our class photo for my first effort at "blogging". I'll be posting the pictures and bios that I have from the reunion. Thanks for all your help. I look forward to sharing more info with you all and keeping in touch.
